Closers Academy.io — trading as BackPack Closers Community and Gradem AI (The Call Grade)

Important legal notice. These Terms and Conditions are drafted to align with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable UK GDPR principles.
By purchasing and/or accessing our services — including Gradem AI — you enter into a legally binding agreement with Closers Academy.io.
"Company", "we", "us", "our" means Closersacademy.io and all associated brands, platforms, contractors, staff, and representatives.
"Customer", "you", "your" means any individual who purchases, accesses, or uses our services.
"Services" means all digital education products and services, including online courses, training materials, live and recorded Zoom calls, coaching, community access, networking platforms, job board access, and Gradem AI.
"Digital Content" means any content supplied in digital form, including videos, recordings, documents, templates, scripts, and training materials.
"Community" means the Back Pack Closers private community, including any associated platforms.
"Gradem AI" (also referred to as "The Call Grade") means our paid, AI-powered sales call review service, under which you upload a recording of a sales call and receive an automated transcript, score, and feedback, with calls meeting the pass threshold considered for a live call review shortlist.
"Call Recording" means any video or audio file you upload to Gradem AI, and includes the voice, statements, and likeness of every participant captured in it, not only your own.
A legally binding contract is formed when you complete checkout, accept these Terms and Conditions, and submit payment. By doing so, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding income or earnings, employment or job placement, sales performance, or business success. All testimonials, examples, demonstrations, or case studies are illustrative only. Individual results vary based on effort, skill, experience, market conditions, and external factors outside our control. This includes the score, feedback, or shortlist outcome you receive from Gradem AI.
You acknowledge that marketing materials are not contractual promises, and that you have not relied on marketing statements when deciding to purchase.
Any projections or future-oriented statements are opinions only and not guarantees of performance.
By providing your details, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your data in accordance with UK GDPR, and consent to marketing communications via email, SMS, phone, and digital platforms. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Service-related communications will continue where necessary. See our Privacy Policy for full detail, including how call recordings uploaded to Gradem AI are processed.
The Company provides online education and training relating to remote high-ticket sales, including sales skills training, live and recorded sessions, weekly Zoom calls, community and networking access, access to a job board featuring third-party opportunities, and Gradem AI — an AI-powered sales call review and coaching-shortlist tool. All Services are delivered digitally.
Gradem AI is a one-time-fee, one-credit-per-upload service. On payment, you receive one (1) call review credit. Uploading a Call Recording consumes one credit: the recording is transcribed, analysed, and scored by an AI system against our sales framework, and you receive a written review. Calls that meet the pass threshold may additionally be shortlisted for consideration for a live call review with Santino.
Scores, transcripts, and feedback are generated by an automated AI system and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are provided for training and educational purposes and are not a certified or infallible assessment. Meeting the pass threshold makes a call eligible for the coaching shortlist — it is not a guarantee of being shortlisted, contacted, or offered a live session, or of the timing of any such session, which remains at the Company's discretion and subject to capacity.
The current fee for Gradem AI is displayed at checkout and is payable via Stripe before a Call Recording may be submitted. One successful payment grants one review credit. Access to your review is granted once processing completes, which may take several minutes depending on call length.
Gradem AI is a digital service supplied with immediate performance at your express request, in the same manner as our other digital content described in Section 12 (Digital Content, Immediate Access & Waiver of Cancellation Rights) and Section 13 (Refund Policy). Once a Call Recording has been processed and a review delivered to you, the service has been fully performed and consumed, and no refund is due. Where processing fails to complete due to a fault on our side, we will, at our discretion, reissue your credit or provide a refund.
By uploading a Call Recording, you confirm that:
Recording-consent laws vary by country and, in the US, by state. You are solely responsible for ensuring your recording and upload comply with the law that applies to you and to the other participant(s) on the call. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claim, loss, liability, fine, or expense arising from your recording, upload, or our processing of a call submitted by you without the necessary lawful basis or consent.
We will not use the content of your uploaded calls for marketing or promotional purposes, and access is limited to what is necessary to generate your review and, where a call is shortlisted, to operate the coaching program. This does not affect our rights and your obligations under Section 9 (Intellectual Property) regarding the review output itself.
The Company is not an employer, recruitment agency, employment business, agent, or intermediary. Any job opportunities displayed, shared, or referenced via our job board are submitted and managed solely by independent third-party business owners or organisations, do not constitute an offer of employment, engagement, or contract from the Company, and are provided for informational and networking purposes only. The Company does not participate in, control, or influence hiring decisions.
Where you choose to apply for, accept, or engage in any role advertised on the job board, you acknowledge and agree that any employment, contractor, or commercial relationship is strictly between you and the third-party employer, and all matters relating to pay, commissions, hours, targets, workload, tax treatment, benefits, working conditions, termination, and dispute resolution are agreed solely between you and the third-party employer. The Company has no involvement in, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, the performance, conduct, actions, omissions, or representations of any third-party employer. While the Company may carry out limited vetting of businesses for suitability, such vetting is not exhaustive and does not constitute due diligence — you are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence before accepting any role. The Company accepts no liability for any loss, damage, dispute, non-payment, misrepresentation, or adverse outcome arising from your engagement with any third-party employer.
You agree to act professionally within the Community. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or harassment, hate speech or discrimination, disruption or spamming, and defamation or threats. Breaches may result in immediate termination without refund.
All Digital Content, including AI-generated scores, feedback, and coaching materials produced by Gradem AI, remains the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content. Unauthorised use will result in termination and potential legal action. Nothing in this section grants the Company ownership of your uploaded Call Recording itself; it is processed solely to deliver your review as described in Section 6 and our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment plans must be completed in full. Access to Services, including a Gradem AI review credit, is granted immediately upon successful payment. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel under UK law.
By completing your purchase and, for Gradem AI, by submitting a Call Recording for review, you expressly confirm the following:
"I expressly request immediate access to the digital content, live training, community and services provided by Closers Academy.io, including any Gradem AI call review I submit. I acknowledge that once access is granted or processing of my uploaded call begins, I will lose my statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013."
This confirmation is captured via an active, unticked checkbox at checkout and/or at the point of uploading a Call Recording, and forms a binding part of this agreement.
Once any of the following occurs — platform login, viewing, streaming, or downloading content, joining the Community, attending live or recorded sessions, accessing the job board, or submitting a Call Recording to Gradem AI for processing — your statutory right to cancel is fully waived and no refund will be due.
This Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
All Services, including Gradem AI, are digital services supplied with immediate performance upon your express request.
Any access constitutes consumption of the Services. For Gradem AI, submitting a Call Recording for processing constitutes consumption of that review credit. Once consumption occurs, all sales are final.
If and only if no access has been granted (for Gradem AI: no Call Recording has yet been submitted against a paid credit), cancellation may occur within 14 days of purchase.
Where no waiver applies, all cancellation rights expire after 14 days. No refunds are available thereafter.
No refunds will be issued where access is terminated due to breach, misconduct, or misuse of content — including uploading a Call Recording without the lawful right or consent described in Section 6.5.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us. Chargebacks raised in contradiction of these Terms constitute a breach of contract.
Any refund issued is at our sole discretion, without admission of liability, and will be reduced by administrative and processing fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you.
We may terminate or suspend access for breach, non-payment, misconduct, or reputational risk. No refund will be issued upon termination.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
